By purchasing a ticket to any of our events you agree to the following:

  • By accessing this Website, accessible from https://bottomlessbrunchwales.co.uk/, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
  • Tickets for all of our events are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue
  • Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event
  • If an event is rescheduled due to an unforeseeable circumstance and/or Covid restrictions put in place by the local or national government, Bottomless Brunch Wales obtains the right to offer a rescheduled date. If you decline this, we will offer you company credit to the value of the original purchase.
  • Once tickets have been purchased they cannot be refunded.
  • We operate a zero tolerance policy for any forms of verbal or physical abuse and/or discrimination throughout the event or towards any promoters, venue staff or other guests. The Promoter and the Venue reserve the right to eject any person in contention of this clause without any compensation.
  • Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter & both retain the right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
  • The ticket may not be re-sold and the venue reserves the right to reject any re-sold tickets on entry.
  • All attendees are subject to the rules of the venue.
  • You are responsible for you possessions. The venue and staff do not accept responsibility for any of your personal property.
  • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid ID when requested.
  • Tickets are purchased on a table basis and will not be issued to all persons.
  • Groups must enter the venue together as per their ticket. Failure to arrive together may result in entry denied for late comers, although every effort will be made to get late comers in.
  • You must submit your food choices when contacted by a member of our events team, failure to do so may result in less options.

User Accounts

  • When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and
    current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate
    termination of Your account on Our Service.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities
    or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media
    Service.
  • You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming

    use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without
